We are dedicated to protecting the privacy of your personal information, including your Social Security or other governmental identification numbers. If you found us through a locator service, please be aware that locator services are independent contractors and are not our employees—even though they may initially process rental applications and fill out lease forms. Children.
We do not collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. Children should not provide us any personally identifiable information. However, as noted above, prospective residents are required to list the following information related to all occupants under the age of 18 years of age: name, date of birth, social security number, sex, and relationship to leaseholder. Any person providing such information represents and warrants that they are the parent or legal guardian of the child whose information is being provided and has full right and authority to provide such information.

Security.
We may employ procedural and technological measures designed to protect the security of personally identifiable information that we may collect. Such measures are reasonably designed to help protect your personally identifiable information from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. We may use firewalls, password protection and other security measures to help prevent unauthorized access to your personally identifiable information.
